Contracts & Guarantees-
My puppies are sold with a health guarantee against any genetically inherited problems up to their 
third birthday with either a replacement puppy or 1/2 of the purchase price returned. This is done only as long as the buyer follows the predescribed shot regime, training and use of a quality food.
The seller will furnish a list of the necessary shot regime, training and food choice along with the contract. Each puppy is sold with a contract signed by the buyer and the seller. If the puppy is sold as a pet the contract will state this and the AKC papers will reflect this. The buyer agrees to spay or neuter this puppy by one year of age and they will notify the seller of this. A puppy sold as a show prospect will come with a contract specially written for that particular puppy and agreed upon by both parties.
